For the better quality of our dehydrated alfalfa, we observe the cutting schedule in order to harvest a plant in a vegetative state that is best suited to the manufacture of our different products. Harvested at the beginning and end of the harvesting season, corresponding to the alfalfa with the highest protein content. LUZERNE ENERGIE 23% contributes to correction of the protein level of the ration without reducing the energy level. In the search for alternative solutions to imported meal proteins in certain animal production sectors, Luzerne Energie is a solution of choice.

Harvested at early vegetative stages, the leaf-rich alfalfa making up Luzerne Energie concentrates all alfalfa nutrients in the same way as the proteins: minerals, organic acids (including malic acid), vitamins (including ß carotene).
